Columbia Community Care Inc. (CCC) serves Howard County, Maryland. This notice explains information used through columbiacommunitycare.org. Contact info@columbiacommunitycare.org for privacy questions or requests.
Forms, services and donations
We use the information you submit in forms to provide the services described in those forms, including responding to requests, coordinating assistance and volunteering, and administering donations. We keep and share it only as needed for those services and records required by law. CCC does not sell form submissions or upload them as advertising audience lists.
Providers supporting these services include Google, Kindful, Bloomerang, Stripe, and Titan Hosting Hub (titanhostinghub.com). Depending on the service, they may process contact details, form responses, donation and payment records, or technical information. Payment details are handled through the relevant payment provider. External donation, volunteer and resource sites have their own privacy notices and retention practices.
Website analytics and advertising
Our website and hosting providers receive technical information such as IP addresses, browser/device information, page requests and security logs. Google Analytics uses cookies and similar identifiers to measure visits and interactions. See how Google uses information from sites using its services and the Analytics opt-out tool.
CCC uses Meta Pixel 2157840321821111 for basic PageView advertising measurement across ordinary public pages of this website. This may send page URLs, referrer, IP address, browser/device details, timestamps and cookie identifiers to Meta Platforms and make reports available to the authorized pixel manager. Meta may associate events with its users for advertising and measurement under Meta’s Privacy Policy. This browsing-data sharing is separate from form submissions. The configured code excludes service and program pages under What We Do, Get Help, volunteer forms, account and login pages, payment and checkout pages, and this privacy page. It also blocks fragments and query parameters other than campaign identifiers, and blocks requests referred from excluded pages. It does not use advanced matching, form-field collection, Conversions API or additional conversion events.
Advertising choices
You can stop CCC’s Meta measurement using the buttons below. The choice is stored in a browser cookie for up to one year and applies to this browser and device. Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track signals also block the pixel. Clearing cookies or using another browser may require a new choice. These controls do not control Google Analytics or independent websites. No popup banner is enabled.
Use these controls to change Meta advertising measurement in this browser. Browser privacy signals take precedence.

Email us with “Privacy Request” to ask about access, correction, deletion or a copy of information held by CCC, or with “Privacy Appeal” to appeal a response. We may need proportionate verification, and legal recordkeeping exceptions may apply. Where Maryland’s privacy law applies, residents also have statutory rights concerning third-party disclosures and opting out of sales, targeted advertising and certain significant profiling, with requests generally answered within 45 days and appeals within 60 days. You may contact the Maryland Attorney General. Please do not email identity documents, payment-card details or sensitive information in an initial request.
Parents or guardians may contact us about a child’s information. General website forms should not be used to submit unnecessary sensitive information. We may update this notice as practices change.
